We want you to join with confidence. This policy explains when a payment can be refunded.

Before the onboarding call

If you change your mind after paying but before your onboarding call has taken place, you can ask for a full refund of that payment.

After the onboarding call

Once the onboarding call has taken place, payments are non-refundable. The onboarding call is where we analyze your situation and begin building your plan, which is the start of the service.

How to request a refund

Message us through our official account on X before your onboarding call, with your name and the payment details. Approved refunds are returned to the account you paid from.
