Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the CrackNBME website and mentorship services. By paying for a plan or using the site, you agree to them.

1. The service

CrackNBME provides independent USMLE mentorship, including onboarding calls, personalized study planning, NBME analysis, daily check-ins and live calls, depending on the plan you choose. Plan details are described on the website and may be updated from time to time.

2. No guarantee of results

We work to help you study effectively, but we do not guarantee any score, pass result or outcome. Your results depend on your own effort, circumstances and performance on exam day.

3. Plans and payment

  • Core and Dedicated are charged a first-month price and then a monthly price, as shown on the website. Elite is a flat monthly price.
  • Payment is made by InstaPay. Your place is confirmed after you send your payment screenshot on WhatsApp and we verify it.
  • International payment options may be added later.

4. Refunds

Refunds are available only before the onboarding call. Once the onboarding call has taken place, payments are non-refundable. Please read our Refund Policy.

5. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about your goals, progress and schedule.
  • Be respectful in all communication with your mentor.
  • Not share, resell or publish any materials, recordings, plans or dashboards provided to you.

6. Intellectual property

All content we provide, including study plans, recordings, analysis and resources, belongs to CrackNBME and is for your personal use only.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CrackNBME is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service, including exam results. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current month of mentorship.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
